There are certain films that transcend the medium. These are films that have become part of the fabric of our culture, known through images, quotes, music, and story by more than just the people who have seen them. To see these classic films the way they were meant to be, on archival 35mm, has become a rarity. Rochester audiences, however, are lucky enough to still experience cinema this way, here at the Dryden Theatre. Starting in October and throughout the fall, the Dryden will bring some of these beloved films out of the vault for the entire family to enjoy.
