Health & Safety at the Eastman Museum: COVID-19 plan

POSTPONED—George Eastman Society: Bea Nettles Behind the Scenes

Wednesday, April 15, 2020, 6 p.m., George Eastman Museum

In response to the most recent recommendations of New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo and Monroe County public health officials, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone this public program. For information on the precautionary measures we are taking, please visit eastman.org/health-safety.

George Eastman Society members are invited to an intimate exploration of the books and photographs from artist Bea Nettles that are part of the George Eastman Museum's collection. This behind-the-scenes look offers wonderful additional context to Bea Nettles: Harvest of Memory, currently on view in the main galleries.

The program will be led by Jamie M. Allen, exhibition curator and the Stephen B. and Janice G. Ashley Associate Curator in the Department of Photography; and Ken Fox, Head of Library and Archives.

Contact Katie Adams, Director of Annual Giving, with questions or to RSVP: (585) 327-4833.
