CREATING AN EASTMAN MUSEUM ACCOUNT
All Eastman Museum members are encouraged to create an Eastman Museum account online, and then log-in before making online ticket purchases, to be able to take advantage of membership benefits, like free or discounted admission, event, and Dryden Theatre tickets, and access to members-only programs.
You can create your online account by clicking here or on the “Register” link found at the top right of all Eastman Museum online transaction pages.
Next you’ll fill out the registration form and enter the same email address and contact information that is in your Eastman Museum membership record.
Your Username will be the email address you enter in the registration form. Create a password and note these password requirements:
- must be at least 12 characters long
- must contain at least one numeric, one special character (such as $, #, %, *) and one lowercase letter or one uppercase letter
- cannot contain your name, username or organization name
Now that your registration is complete, you’ll just want to sign in (with your email address and password) before you complete future online Eastman Museum ticket purchases to ensure that your membership discounts are automatically applied. Just click the “Sign In” link at the upper right of all of our Transactions pages. Once you’ve successfully logged in, you will see your email address appear in the upper right of the page.
As long as you are signed in with an email address that is linked to your membership in our system, you will see the appropriate membership discounts applied to the tickets you are purchasing. Please note that there is no “Member” ticket type for programs. Just choose the appropriate ticket type(s) (Adult, Senior, Student, etc.) and you will see the correct cost based upon your membership benefits after you click “Add to Cart”.
