Born of the 1980s culinary revolution, New American is the art of the mash-up. We fuse nostalgic comfort with eclectic innovation, balancing high-brow flavor with low-brow heart.
 
The result is a menu that is remarkably fresh, yet unapologetically indulgent. 
 
Open Face offers specialty sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods. Featuring distinct bottled and house-made beverages. Serving signature favorites since 2004. Flexitarian | GF Friendly. 
 
The eatery is counter service and open to museum visitors and the public. Seating, wait times, and product availability cannot be guaranteed. Dine-in, takeout, and curbside are available. Visit our website for online ordering and catering.
 
Groups of 8 or more looking to dine in the eatery should contact openface@eastman.org to discuss accommodations. Outside food is not permitted in the eatery.
 
Note: Our full menu is available until 3 p.m. daily. Stop in from 3 to 5 p.m. for soups, baked goods, beverages, and grab-and-go options.
