VIEW MENU

Open Face at Eastman Museum features sandwiches, soups, salads, sides, and baked goods, including numerous vegan or vegetarian options, such as corn mash, mashed pea, chickpea, and toasted brie. Sandwiches can also be made over field greens as salads. Specialties—including ginger carrots, pickled beets, and baguette chips—are also on the menu. Desserts include Open Face cookie splits and cookie sandwiches, Cheesy Eddie’s carrot cake, Red Fern vegan jam bars, and Royal Café gelato, which has been a longtime favorite of museum visitors.

Please note: Open Face has limited seating. We ask that groups of 8 or more contact Jared Valentine at [email protected] in advance to see if they can be accommodated.

Dine-in and takeout are available. Select mashes, soups, and sides are also available in pint and quart sizes to take home.
