Project Film Specialist (two, grant funded positions available)

Under the supervision of the Collection Manager for the Moving Image Department (MID), the Project Film Specialists will clean, identify, re-house, label, and catalog 35mm film prints in the South Asian Cinema Collection. The Project Film Specialists will process the 35mm prints according to the protocols developed by the Collection Management Staff, and liaise with other MID staff including the Head of Information, Research, and Access to insure that all documentation entered into the museum’s TMS catalog database is accurate. The Project Film Specialists will be required to manage the project at the base level, working alone and with other staff to complete the project.

Lead Café Associate 

This position is responsible for daily food prep and lunch service.  Serves café items to all visitors of the Café. The position requires the incumbent to work week days, some weekends, and holidays.

Security Host

To ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all staff, volunteers, students, and visitors as well as protecting the collections throughout the museum. Establish a welcoming presence for all people entering the museum.

Responsible for the care, organization, preservation, cataloging, and access to the Photography Collection of the Eastman Museum. Facilitate access to and provide information about the collection to museum staff and visitors.
