Refund Policies

Virtual Programs and Demonstrations

  • The museum offers refunds for all virtual programs up to 48 hours before the event. 
  • Tickets are transferable to another attendee up to 12 hours before the event.
  • Suggested or other donations are non-refundable. 
  • The museum is not responsible for outages, technical issues, and issues with connectivity experienced by the attendee. 
    • All attendees will receive a link to a video recording of the event regardless of whether they are able to attend the event live. 
  • In the case where the museum is unable to do the event due to technical issues, all tickets will be refunded or the event will be rescheduled. 

Online Workshops and Private Virtual Tutorials

  • The museum offers refunds up to ten working days before the event. 
  • Tickets are transferable to another attendee up to five working days before the event.
  • The museum is not responsible for outages, technical issues, and issues with connectivity experienced by the attendee. 
    • We strongly recommend testing all technology and software prior to the event.
  • In the case where the museum is unable to do the event due to technical issues, all tickets will be refunded or the event will be rescheduled. 

Memberships and Donations

  • Memberships and donations are non-refundable.
