Library Scan Request

Digital reproductions of library materials are available to researchers upon request.

For most books and periodicals, there is a $10 processing fee for up to 100 pages, with an additional $10 for up to 200 pages total. A maximum of 200 pages may be requested per six-month period.

For unique manuscripts, unbound documents, photographs, and other archival materials, there is a processing fee of $2 per scan. In some cases, pricing may vary according to size and condition of materials.

Library staff will contact researchers with a preliminary page count and cost estimate before billing.

Scans are for research and reference purposes only and will be delivered via email as a watermarked PDF file. Processing is usually completed within 3–6 weeks upon receipt of payment.
