Digital reproductions of library materials are available to researchers upon request.
For most books and periodicals, there is a $10 processing fee for up to 100 pages, with an additional $10 for up to 200 pages total. A maximum of 200 pages may be requested per six-month period.
For unique manuscripts, unbound documents, photographs, and other archival materials, there is a processing fee of $2 per scan. In some cases, pricing may vary according to size and condition of materials.
Library staff will contact researchers with a preliminary page count and cost estimate before billing.
Scans are for research and reference purposes only and will be delivered via email as a watermarked PDF file. Processing is usually completed within 3–6 weeks upon receipt of payment.
Note: The Library staff reserves the right to restrict reproductions under certain circumstances. Oversized items, materials in poor condition, or those under contractual or copyright restrictions may not be suitable for scanning.
Inquiries about reproductions for publication should be directed to Lauren Lean, Digital Assets Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (585) 327-4941.
