Outta the Muck blends family, football, and history in an intimate portrait of the Dean family, longtime residents of the historic town of Pahokee, Florida. The film also follows McKinley as he reconnects with his niece Bridget and nephew Alvin, exploring their shared family history that spans seven generations. Outta the Muck is an astounding and personal narrative of Black achievement, displaying stunning cinematography and featuring a close-knit and tenacious community.
