Honoring Kathy Connor

Monday, March 4, 2024, 4 p.m., Historic Mansion

After forty-two years of dedicated service to the George Eastman Museum, Kathy Connor is retiring from her position as George Eastman Legacy Curator. Connor joined the museum’s staff in January 1982, and her tenure is longer than that of any other employee in the museum’s seventy-five year history. Celebrate with us her decades of maintaining and restoring the 35,000-square-foot mansion, stewarding a collection of more than 200,000 artifacts, and unwavering commitment to the Rochester community.

If you wish to make a gift in honor of Kathy Connor and recognition of her exemplary service to the George Eastman Museum, Kathy has asked that these tax-deductible donations be directed to the fund she established to support the George Eastman Study Center archivist position, now held by John Elsbree.
