Aurora (2019)

Party girl Aurora (Mimosa Willamo) avoids serious relationships and hates her life working as a nail technician and caring for her alcoholic father. She plans to save her money and move to Norway, which will solve all of her problems. Meanwhile, Iranian refugee Darian (Amir Escandari) needs to get married to receive asylum for himself and his daughter. When the two meet at a hot dog stand, Darian proposes marriage. Instead, Aurora promises to find him a suitable Finnish wife. As Darian goes on a series of dates and Aurora grows closer to his daughter, Azar (Elá Yildirim), the three form a bond that will be tested through obstacles great and small.
