The quintessential “coming home” film and winner of seven Academy Awards, The Best Years of Our Lives features cinematographer Gregg Toland’s amazing deep focus photography. Three servicemen return home and find themselves out of place as they try to readjust to civilian life. A superb cast includes Fredric March, Myrna Loy, Dana Andrews, Teresa Wright, Virginia Mayo, and real-life army veteran Harold Russell.
