After George Eastman’s death in 1932, Eastman’s niece and her family, the Drydens, took many of the family items from the mansion before it was given to the University of Rochester to be used a residence for their presidents. After the museum was established, a number of artifacts were loaned for special exhibitions over the years, and they are now being gifted to the museum. At this virtual talk, join Kathy Connor, curator of the George Eastman Legacy Collection, for a look at some of the personal and household objects that will be coming home to stay at 900 East Avenue.
