Group Tours
The George Eastman Museum offers an array of experiences for groups of all ages.
Docent Guided Tours
Groups planning a visit to the museum may reserve private docent-led tours of the historic mansion, gardens, or Selections from the Collection gallery. Our trained volunteer docents can enhance your visit with additional insight to the life of George Eastman, the historic house and gardens, and the rotating photography and moving image exhibitions. Guided tours are offered at flexible times during regular museum hours. Each tour is approximately 45 minutes. Reservations required at least three weeks in advance.
Self-guided Tours
An audio tour, narrated by Oscar-nominated actor Robert Forster, is offered throughout the historic mansion. Visit eastman.oncell.com or call (585) 563-3496 from your cell phone. Select exhibitions also offer cell phone tours. Look for symbols and stop numbers in the galleries. Service provider charges may apply. Reservations are required at least one week in advance.
The museum's eatery, Open Face, has limited seating and serves the public as well as museum visitors. Large groups cannot be accommodated. For more information, contact [email protected]
